By registering as a member of MyFreeSweets.co.uk you agree
to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership of MyFreeSweets.co.uk and termination
of accounts
Only one account per email address is allowed.
Any member found to be making multiple or fraudulent applications to offers may
have their accounts suspended and investigated further. In proven cases of fraud
the account will be terminated and no gift will be sent.
We reserve the right to refuse membership to any person or persons at any time
without explanation. We also reserve the right to terminate a member’s account
without notice if they are found to have broken any of the rules within this agreement.
In the event that a member’s account shows no signs of use for a period
of 12 months we will consider the account dormant. The account will then be cancelled
and no gift will be sent.
2. Completion of offers
Any transactions made via the MyFreeSweets.co.uk are not
with MyFreeSweets.co.uk, but with the individual sponsor.
Credits will only be awarded on offers that originate from MyFreeSweets.co.uk.
Cookies are required to be enabled on the user’s computer in order for a
credit to be tracked and recognizable as originating from MyFreeSweets.co.uk.
Cancelled or refunded offers will not be accepted as a completed offer and will
be removed from users accounts.
Some offers may require additional actions to be completed before the offer is
credited. Please read the terms & conditions for each individual offer. MyFreeSweets.co.uk
cannot be held responsible if a sponsor does not report a completed offer due
to the user not completing the stated actions.
User accounts will only show a completed offer once the sponsor has confirmed
the credit with MyFreeSweets.co.uk. This may take up to 60 days in some cases.
All offers are tracked by the individual sponsor. We will do our best to ensure
that the sponsor's tracking is as accurate as possible, but we cannot be held
responsible should the sponsor's tracking system fail to report a completed offer.
The sponsors decision is final.
Should a sponsor fail to make payment for an offer or cease trading we will make
every effort to recover monies owed, however we cannot guarantee to credit a completed
offer unless funds have been received by MyFreeSweets.co.uk from the sponsor.
MyFreeSweets.co.uk reserves the right to remove completed offers from a member's
account should a sponsor fail to make payment.
Any 'Bonus sweets' earned will be dispatched at the same time as the main sweets package. In order to claim your bonus sweets you must still earn the required 25 credits.
3. Eligibility for free Sweets
In order to be eligible to receive your free sweets you
must earn 25 credits featured on the 'Earn Credits' page. Once you have completed
an offer the sponsor will report back to us and your account will be updated to
reflect this. This may take up to 30 days in some cases.
You may also gain additional credits by referring your friends and family to MyFreeSweets.co.uk.
1 credit will added to your account once the referred user has gone on to complete
at least one offer.
Please allow up to 60 days for delivery of your sweets.
Sweets may be substituted should there be supply problems.
4. Limitations on our liability
Any decision made to purchase goods or services from a
sponsor on MyFreeSweets.co.uk is the sole responsibility of the user.
Users should read each individual sponsors terms and conditions before completing
an offer or making a purchase.
Any payments by a user are made directly to the sponsor and any issues regarding
cancellations or refunds are between the user and the sponsor. We accept no responsibility
for disputes between users and sponsors.
5. Modification of terms & conditions
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions
held within this agreement at anytime by posting a revised agreement on the MyFreeSweets.co.uk
website.
